OXFORD PROBABILITY WORKSHOP: RANDOM DISCRETE STRUCTURES
University of Oxford, March 24-28th, 2025
Start date: March 24, 2025
End date: March 28, 2025

Location: University of Oxford, Department of Statistics, 24-29 St Giles', Oxford OX1 3LB
Lecture room: LG.01

Accommodation: We have reserved some bed-and-breakfast accommodation in one of the Oxford colleges, Lady Margaret Hall, though we cannot guarantee that this will suffice for everyone. The accommodation will likely not be subsidised and costs ~85£/night (to be confirmed).
Getting to Oxford: The Oxford train station is located within a 15 minute walk from the Statistics department and the city centre, with services running to and from London Paddington and London Marylebone and other UK cities. To book train tickets within the uk, see national rail services. Oxford is also connected to London by bus, namely the Oxford Tube, whose final station is also a 10 minute walk from the Department of Statistics.

London is connected by train to many cities in Europe by the Eurostar. We encourage participants who are able to travel without flying to do so. However, for those who cannot avoid flying, direct bus services run to and from Heathrow and Gatwick airports, see the airline (or alternatively travel from the airport to London, and subsequently to Oxford using the options above).
